ST Topender Caravan
ST Topender is the offroader that replaces the hardfloor camper design.The ST is a caravan designed between a hardfloor camper trailer and a caravan. Its desigin pioneers the true offroad ability of a caravan with the same wheel track as the hardfloor camper trailer, but with low tow height, independent suspension, more storage & ease of setting up. The pop top allows for setting up in wet or dry conditions and those easy morning starts. We here at North Coast Campers & Caravans, custom build every caravan to handle the offroad outback conditions. The independent suspension is our own exclusive design built in house and has been tried and tested on our soft floor campers and hardfloor campers for the last 10 years.
With over 500 units built this is a suspension design that works under extreme conditions. The high ground clearance allows access to offroad tracks that caravans can only dream about. All subframes are hot dipped, galvanised which is far superior to the duragall that many others use. Rust free is a good option on your investment. The external finish on the van is marine grade insulated foam glass panel which gives intergrade strength, lightness with low maintance. One of the pioneering designs of our ST Topender is the added bonus of having the ability to carry a tinny or kayak on top of the pop top roof, without having to remove them when camping. Our exclusive lift mechanism allows you to camp on route to your destination & then remove them when you want to use them. The ST Topender has the option of providing 4 single and 1 double room to accommodate families. The ST Topender has a full aluminium and stainless steel slide out kitchen and fridge for that total camping experience. The advantage our ST Topender is its towing weight; it is compatible with a hard floor camper trailer but it has the comfort of a caravan. XL Topender Caravan
The XL Topender caravan is a true offroad caravan and is a step up in convenience and luxury from the ST Topender. The advantage of the XL Topender van from others on the market is towing height. This van is only 2.1 metre high & not 2.8 like others. The towing width is 1950 metre & not 2.4 like others. The other great advantage is weight which is around 1250 Kg not 2000 Kg. And with our ground clearance second to none this is a go anywhere vehicle. The suspension is our own exclusive design, built in house and has been tried and tested on our soft and hard floor campers for the last 10 years.
